About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Recruit new affiliates, influencers, and referral partners.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Onboard and train affiliates on our programs and offers.
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
- Track affiliate performance and optimize results.
- Develop strategies to increase affiliate activation and sales.
- Maintain affiliate databases and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve partner success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with cold outreach and lead generation.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
