About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Delivery Centre Consultant performs configuration and deployment services for Keyloop Customers based on the requirement.
  • Responsible for executing tasks associated with installation of packages/completing the quote work that Keyloop's customers have requested in a timely and professional manner according to planned deadlines with quality.
  • To install and configure additional packages as customers purchase it.
  • Keep the team leader informed of any obstacles and provide status of completed work.
  • Take a customer-centric approach - Solve customers' business problems ensuring they receive the added value of the product.
  • Train, advise and support clients as necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fresher/experience in implementation/configuration
  • Preferred any implementation experience for 2 years and above.
  • BTECH or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science
  • Analytical, problem-solving skills and pays attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, including telephone, virtual methods, written, and verbal.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office suites (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good Knowledge of Unix / Linux / SQL
  • Basic to Intermediate Programming Code Reading Capability
  • Code debugging capability.
  • Sound knowledge of Product lifecycle and handover
  • Able to Provide Innovative Solutions to Problems
  • Exposure to automotive industry is an added advantage.
  • Deliver Formal Classroom Training Capability.
  • To provide accurate drawing and proofing of customer forms and template using the Print Manager Editor application and associated product set within the scope of the job role, following agreed standard procedures and practices.
