About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor and optimize the performance and security of end-user devices, M365 services, Intune, and Active Directory.
- Develop and maintain documentation for end-user computing and modern workspace environments.
- Implement and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other M365 applications.
- Utilize Intune for device management, ensuring compliance with security policies and seamless integration with other IT services.
- Manage the deployment infrastructure, configuration management, and maintenance process of Windows and MacOS systems and applications.
- Strong knowledge of Entra Enterprise Applications, Application Registrations and best practice for securing Identity in Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Contribute to the IT Engineering roadmap, and plan and deliver IT projects.
- Collaborate with IT Service team to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms. Develop and maintain documentation for Windows and MacOS system standards, procedures, and configurations.
- Design, deploy, and manage end-user computing environments, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktops.
- Provide escalation support for IT Service team for end-user devices, M365 services, Active Directory, and Intune.
- Mentoring and technical development of the IT Service Team.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in end-user computing, modern workspace, and identity management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a IT support or engineering role.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing Intune and Entra ID.
- Strong knowledge of M365 application suite.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Conditional Access.
- Deep understanding of security concepts in the End User Compute and M365 space.
- Proven skills with scripting and automation using PowerShell and other scripting languages.
- Strong knowledge of using Intune to manage Windows 11 and MacOS including enrollment, administration, and configuration.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
