About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the verification and timely and accurate processing of confidential information between various computer applications
Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, and cross functional stakeholders to resolve data issues
Drive automation improvements with an automation first mindset
Ensure all inquiries are passed on correctly and efficiently in the console
Respond to requests within defined times and review and analyse semi/manual leads to determine the issues
Escalate issues to leadership when required
Generate daily QA of assigned reviews and correctly map leads with distribution issues
Assist in training and coaching teammates
Maintain CAR, LCV, and Motorbike databases for the UK and global markets

Requirements

What you’ll need

Level of knowledge of principles, concepts within speciality area and company business
Experience in leads processing with high levels of data accuracy
Strong analytical and problem solving skills with experience in data analysis, capture, and processing
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Proven SQL proficiency with the ability to query, manipulate, and analyse large datasets
Experience within the Vehicle Sales and Finance industry is advantageous
