Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the CRO's operating rhythm through QBRs and pipeline reviews
  • Prepare the CRO for high-stakes interactions
  • Track CRO priorities and surface blockers early
  • Scan competitive landscape and provide informed insights
  • Partner with finance and sales ops to maintain revenue health
  • Drive focused interventions across sales execution
  • Support design of sales incentives and territory structures
  • Help CRO build profile with OEM partners and enterprise customers
  • Draft CRO communications and represent in forums
  • Advise on AI-driven tooling and automation opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid grounding in enterprise SaaS
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Knowledge of ARR, NRR, and churn dynamics
  • Experience in or alongside a PE-backed business
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Understanding of sales operations, pipeline methodology, and forecasting
  • Awareness of AI and technology applications in sales
  • Proven execution capability
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to conduct horizon scanning for market trends
