About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for translation of OEM requirements to the organisation
- Work across multiple OEMs to understand their strategy
- Listen to needs and aspirations of OEM stakeholders
- Develop candidate solutions to address customer needs
- Validate requirements and communicate throughout the organisation
- Regularly share updates with the Alliances team
- Work closely with internal teams and OEMs to deploy solutions
- Assess business impact of technical choices
- Provide consistent and clear communication across teams

- Strong ability to support teams in developing solutions
- Self-starter who engages widely
- Problem-solving mentality
- Natural client management skills
- Strong SaaS delivery understanding
- Good technical understanding of platform-based solutions
- Good commercial awareness and skills
- Champion of clear customer requirements definition
- Ability to handle issue management in a structured way
- Significant technical and product experience
- A broad business background to maintain credibility
