About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow a defined territory of customers
- Own the full sales cycle, drives predictable ARR
- Act as a partner for customers advocating the FUSION ARP strategy
- Build, maintain and execute a territory plan
- Drive adoption of sales best practices
- Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within CRM
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Professional Services
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native Spanish speaker, based in Spain (+Fluent in English)
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS native solutions or technology-led solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, focused on delivering ARR on monthly basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills for internal and external stakeholders’ presentation.
- Strong problem-solving mindset, demonstrating flexibility and a positive solutions-oriented approach.
- Hands-on experience using CRM and revenue tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach)
- Experience within automotive or mobility is a strong advantage.
