About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and grow a defined territory of customers
  • Own the full sales cycle, drives predictable ARR
  • Act as a partner for customers advocating the FUSION ARP strategy
  • Build, maintain and execute a territory plan
  • Drive adoption of sales best practices
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity management within CRM
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Professional Services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native Spanish speaker, based in Spain (+Fluent in English)
  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS native solutions or technology-led solutions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, focused on delivering ARR on monthly basis.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills for internal and external stakeholders’ presentation.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, demonstrating flexibility and a positive solutions-oriented approach.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM and revenue tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach)
  • Experience within automotive or mobility is a strong advantage.
