About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop new functionality and improve existing components within Plexus.
Translate functional designs into high-quality software solutions.
Participate in all Scrum activities, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
Design, develop and maintain software in accordance with our architectural, quality and security standards.
Write clean, maintainable and well-tested Java code with attention to performance, scalability and maintainability.
Create and maintain unit, integration and system tests.
Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve software defects.
Contribute to architectural discussions and continuously improve our engineering practices.
Keep technical documentation accurate and up to date.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Java, Git, Gradle, and SQL (DB2/PostgreSQL).
Experience developing unit, integration, and system tests.
Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
Strong analytical skills with a collaborative mindset.
Focused on software quality, performance, and maintainability.
Proficient in English.

A monthly gross salary between € 4.300 and € 5.400 based on 40 hours per week.
8% holiday allowance of your total gross salary.

Flexibility in working environment. As part of a hybrid working team, you will work partly from home and partly from the office. If you work in the office, a free lunch is waiting for you every day.
