About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute business development strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through strategic customer expansion, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, including multi-year agreements, strategic partnerships, and enterprise expansion opportunities.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer teams to align business objectives and execution plans.
- Build scalable and repeatable growth models, playbooks, and strategic engagement frameworks.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure pipeline growth, revenue impact, partnership success, and strategic initiative performance.
- Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities to strengthen Keyfactor’s market leadership.
- Lead and develop high-performing business development teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Act as a strategic advisor and executive sponsor for critical customer and partner relationships.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Significant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, or related leadership roles.
- Proven track record driving revenue growth, developing strategic business opportunities, and executing complex commercial agreements.
- Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to establish credibility and build relationships with senior leaders, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience leading complex negotiations and managing large-scale business initiatives.
- Strong business acumen with effective communication, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving, and cross-functional environments.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
