About the role
- Develop and manage complex compensation and benefits programs.
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions.
- Analyze and report on key HR metrics, providing strategic insights.
- Develop and refine People policies and procedures.
- Mentor and support junior team members in their development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in HR operations or a related area.
- Expertise in HRIS, payroll systems, and benefits administration.
- Strategic thinking, exceptional problem-solving abilities, high-level proficiency in relevant tools and technologies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence decision-making.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Extensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross-functional processes.
