About the role
- Analyze performance across all demand channels.
- Monitor funnel health from MQL to Closed/Won, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Deliver data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and lead quality across the buyer journey.
- Build and maintain Domo dashboards tracking pipeline creation, attribution, and cohort performance.
- Support pipeline forecasting and target setting for demand programs.
- Provide insights to inform budget allocation, campaign prioritization, and investment strategy.
- Deliver consistent weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to marketing leadership.
- Ensure reporting accuracy and cross-system data integrity.
- Assess lead quality across channels, segments, personas, and campaigns.
- Validate attribution models in partnership with Marketing Ops and RevOps.
- Identify programs driving the highest pipeline and revenue impact.
- Partner with Marketing Operations to maintain tracking accuracy and data hygiene.
- Present clear, actionable insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, demand generation, marketing operations, or a related analytics role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and experience with BI/analytics platforms such as Domo, Tableau, Dreamdata, or similar tools (Domo preferred).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Hands-on experience with Dreamdata or similar multi-touch attribution and revenue analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with attribution models (first-touch, last-touch, multi-touch) and revenue reporting.
- Working knowledge of lead scoring, routing, and lifecycle frameworks.
- SQL or intermediate-level data querying skills preferred.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity preferred.
