About the role
- Contributes to the long-term vision for product operations, partnering with product management leadership to strengthen how we plan, build, launch, enable, and continuously evolve our product solutions.
- Works closely with R&D leaders to execute a product operations roadmap that drives process transformation and operational alignment across product development, cloud operations, product management, and product marketing.
- Builds, maintains, and enhances product-related KPIs and reporting frameworks—collaborating with analytics teams to ensure leaders have actionable insights to guide decision-making.
- Ensures product-related decisions, updates, and status information are clearly coordinated across teams, enabling transparency and alignment throughout the product organization.
- Translates data and qualitative inputs into insights, recommendations, and dashboards to support product and engineering leaders.
- Drives structured and scalable change management practices—ensuring product changes are communicated, understood, and adopted across the company.
- Owns and advances standardization of processes, KPIs, tools, and documentation to streamline workflows and improve operational clarity.
- Establishes and supports governance models, cross-functional feedback loops, and recurring cadences across the product lifecycle.
- Diagnoses operational issues and bottlenecks—taking a hands-on, analytical, and creative approach to identifying root causes and enabling continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in product operations, product management operations, or an equivalent operational role supporting global R&D teams.
- Demonstrated experience supporting or driving large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong technical and delivery acumen; solid understanding of software development and product lifecycle management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies preferred.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaborator with strong influencing skills—comfortable navigating ambiguity and gaining buy-in across complex organizations.
