• Own the GTM motion from zero to one, working directly with the CEO and founders to establish Keycard as the trust layer for agent-native applications
• Build systems and processes to create compelling developer-focused content: technical guides, integration tutorials, and real-world case studies
• Orchestrate production and strategic distribution of content within AI/ML and agent development communities to drive discovery and advocacy
• Engineer agent-native adoption journeys and bottoms-up loops where agents themselves can adopt, integrate, and scale Keycard
• Activate ecosystem partnerships: launch integrations and co-build patterns with cloud providers, identity platforms, and agent frameworks
• Turn funnel signals and adoption metrics into strategy to sharpen positioning and inform product/company decisions
• Design and instrument revenue/growth infrastructure tracking acquisition, activation, retention, and expansion
• Document playbooks, automate activation drivers, and scale what works into repeatable growth processes

Founding Engineer, GTM

Engineer

• Build the identity, authentication, authorization, and data systems at the heart of Keycard
• Design and deliver distributed, asynchronous services that provide strong security guarantees and perform auth decisions in under 10ms
• Contribute across the product surface from SDKs and developer-facing APIs to core identity and data systems
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with founders, product, design, engineering, and customers to shape the product
• Invent agent-native identity integrations and enable agentic workflows and frameworks
• Iterate quickly in ambiguous early-stage environment, making trade-offs for short-term delivery while laying groundwork for long-term systems
• Lead by example, raising the bar for technical excellence and helping teammates succeed

• Design and build Keycard’s operational and analytics data backbone powering near real-time enforcement and feedback loops
• Build resilient, observable, low-latency streaming and batch data pipelines
• Integrate external data sources and enable policy evaluation, dashboards, and APIs
• Balance streaming and batch paradigms to meet transactional and OLAP needs
• Deliver APIs, data models, and pipelines that empower developers and security teams
• Work closely with founders, customers, and cross-functional team members to shape data architecture
• Own end-to-end delivery with high autonomy and accountability

Frontend Engineer

• Craft user-centric experiences that empower security and platform engineers and developers to build trusted agent experiences
• Design and build management console UIs, dashboards, interactive visualizers, and developer-facing experiences
• Distill complex security and identity concepts into intuitive onboarding and investigation-grade views, including graph-based explorations of relationships and permissions
• Establish design system, pipelines, testing strategies, and Storybook documentation
• Collaborate closely with designers and systems engineers to make complex infrastructure approachable and reliable
• Instrument products for data-driven iteration and help define agent-native paths to production
• Drive high-quality delivery, ownership, and iterative shipping in a small distributed team
