About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in all aspects of KeyBank’s Commercial Deposit Account Control Agreement program, including solution consulting, onboarding, agreement-language monitoring/review, billing, servicing, and risk reviews
- Support the DACA Product Manager with new and existing payment products, processes, and services
- Partner with the legal vendor and DACA Product Manager to support regulatory compliance and evolving business and client requirements
- Conduct ad-hoc research and resolve daily issues, data requests, reporting requirements, remediation findings, and regulatory requests
- Prepare monthly risk and operational reports, conduct initial analysis, and review findings with the Product Manager
- Enhance the onboarding and account-servicing experience
- Identify product and process gaps, strengths, and weaknesses
- Participate in forecasting, performance measurement, monitoring, and assessing client-experience impacts
- Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to align initiatives with Key’s moderate risk profile
- Partner with internal technology, third-party vendors, and strategic partners to develop new client solutions
- Comply with KeyBank policies and procedures, act professionally and ethically, avoid conflicts of interest, and act in clients’ and Key’s best interests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in business or related field (preferred)
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (preferred)
- Equivalent experience (required)
- 1+ years of experience in operations, client resolution, risk management, or legal support (required), or 1+ years of experience in a payments/commercial rotational program (required)
- Understanding of Commercial Treasury Banking products and services (required)
- Ability to understand and apply commercial banking principles
- Ability to align product initiatives with broader business goals
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks in product operations and compliance
- Ability to analyze data and situations to make informed decisions
- Ability to collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Product Managers, technology teams, vendors, and strategic partners
- Clear oral and written communication skills
- Excel proficiency for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking
- Presentation skills

- Knowledge of treasury management, commercial card, merchant services, and FX

Comp & perks- Base salary of $69,000.00–$105,000.00 annually
