About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as portfolio monitoring managers of Key Community Bank’s Small Business Commercial portfolio.
  • Responsible for the development and execution of portfolio management strategies to maintain asset quality.
  • Gather and analyze various pieces of credit information to monitor approvals and declinations decisioned by the underwriting team.
  • Drive workflow and proactively take necessary actions.
  • Monitor various queues related to portfolio activities.
  • Perform critical post approval/booking certification functions to maintain data integrity and quality.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a preferred focus on Business course work, or equivalent work experience.
  • Satisfactory understanding and knowledge of commercial credit policies, procedures, and loan systems (preferred)
  • Familiarity with, and understanding of, commercial credit underwriting/approval methodologies and their use (preferred)
  • Ability to work well individually as well as part of a team.
  • Accomplished self-starter and well-organized in thought and action.
  • Possess a process improvement mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities in a multitask environment.
  • Satisfactory knowledge and proficiency in working with personal computers and business software (e.g. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
