💰 $48,500 - $75,000 per year
About the role
- Servicing portfolio for Community Development Lending and Investing post-closing
- Manage post-closing services for assigned portfolio of loans; ensure data integrity and documentation
- Review loan documents pre-closing, evaluate funding requirements for less complex loans
- Maintain servicing files and collateral releases; monitor title/tax, insurance
- Process financial and collateral transactions; monitor rate, escrow, payoff instructions
- Ensure data integrity in system of record; on-boarding of new loans and collateral
- Communicate issues to Manager/RM and coordinate with RMs
Requirements
- 4-year College Degree or equivalent real estate business experience
- Strong solution-oriented and problem solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Aptitude for analysis, systems and mathematics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PC proficiency including familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Knowledge of commercial real estate including commitment/loan structures, title/liens, documentation, and industry practices for collateral release
- Familiarity with multi-bank loan participations and syndications
- Familiarity with Commercial Loan Systems and Deposit Systems
