About the role
- Demonstrate strong active listening and probative skills with business partners to understand and translate into detailed documentation of optimal analysis strategy
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources (clients, prospects, employees, and operational data) – to build a summary of improvement opportunities for the bank
- Conduct statistical analyses to ground insights generated in sound reasoning
- Using strong research methodology expertise, design and deploy the best research approach to collect desired insights
- Distill research findings into actionable insights and package them into meaningful PowerPoint presentations that compel the audiences to take action
- Build and maintain vendor relationships; ensuring they are providing meaningful insights in a timely fashion
Requirements
- Bachelor''s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data and Business Analytics or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of relevant work experience running data analysis using SAS, Python, R, SPSS or via advanced Excel capabilities
- Strong working knowledge of statistical techniques (numerous regression and other advanced multivariate analyses)
- Proficient in Excel (multi-layer formulas as well as applying statistical testing) and PowerPoint
