About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive execution of internal readiness and sales activation strategies for new and enhanced Merchant Services products.
- Translate product strategies into customer centric value propositions, marketing and sales enablement plans, and launch materials.
- Partner with Product and BD teams to identify the right audiences, deployment channels, and success metrics for GTM campaigns / webinars / events.
- Develop client-centric narratives and competitive messaging that differentiate KeyBank’s Merchant solutions and reflect market trends and evolving client needs.
- Create marketing materials that help front-line teams understand the why, what, and how behind solutions, enabling them to confidently engage prospects and clients.
- Manage marketing and enablement projects end-to-end, including scoping, planning, design, execution, approvals, delivery, and ongoing maintenance.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in product marketing or sales enablement within financial services industry or fintech B2B experience.
- Experience in merchant service marketing preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B financial solutions, especially in Commercial Banking.
- Experience building sales enablement frameworks, training content, and product positioning assets strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
