About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborates with Technology Incident Managers to prioritize and communicate technical support services
- Monitors and investigates the impact of technical incidents; prepares written summaries
- Provides timely updates, clear information, and communication of resolution
- Engages with lines of business and technical teams to assess impact of incidents
- Schedules and facilitates department-wide meetings, manages follow-up items
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) OR Equivalent experience (required)
- 5+ years of relevant experience (required)
- Extensive Experience with the written English language, especially guidelines for formal and business writing
- Extensive Experience with the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques
- Extensive Experience with business concepts, tools, and processes needed for sound decisions
- Working Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) systems such as Dynatrace, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams
