About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide trust administration to support the assigned Trust Officer(s)
- Performs day-to-day trust administration functions on assigned accounts accurately and by necessary deadlines
- Interfaces with centralized support areas to ensure completion
- Ensures fees are set up correctly as directed by Trust Officer/Fiduciary Strategist
- Monitors accounts on a daily basis for overdrafts and un-invested cash
- Builds and maintains strong client contact and provides sales support to team
- Follows-up on client issues and relays information to clients through correspondence, telephone communications and conferences
- Resolves client requests and refers complex inquiries to Trust Officer/Fiduciary Strategist
- Assists Trust Officer in managing business pipeline activity through Salesforce
- Prepares various reports, correspondence, technical documents and special projects as requested
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree in business-related field or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Experience working in the financial industry or other client service roles (required)
- Experience working in a trust department (preferred)
- Demonstrated proficiency and effectiveness in strong customer service, communications, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within team environments.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications and web-based portals
