Key responsibilities & impact

Completes job evaluations and benchmarks internal positions.
Presents recommendations to business leaders and partners.
Supports the analysis, design, and implementation of incentive plan designs.
Partners with Finance, Human Resources, Risk Management and Business Executives.
Assists with the analysis, design and implementation for Key's long-term incentive compensation program.
Prepares elements of the proxy compensation tables and footnotes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree (required)
Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related discipline (preferred)
3+ years HR, Finance or related field with an analytical focus (required)
Skilled & experienced in building Microsoft Excel analysis and graphs, combining data from multiple sources, & trouble shooting and proficient in creating Microsoft Power Point presentations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong results orientation and attention to detail
