About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting
- Develop and execute targeted recruiting plans
- Build and execute search plans including candidate assessment criteria
- Communicate appropriately and consistently with stakeholders
- Utilize sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates
- Assess talent and make hiring recommendations
- Research market trends to inform talent decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 3+ years of professional recruiting experience
- At least 2 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
- Technology, Legal, or Data Analytics experience (preferred)
- Proven track record of developing, assessing, attracting, and hiring successful talent (preferred)
