About the role
- Compile and provide internal client data to support analytics, reporting, and hypothesis development
- Conduct and evaluate external market research to inform business opportunities
- Perform basic analysis to contribute to the generation of client insights
- Review and recommend improvements to internal processes
- Facilitate the implementation of small initiatives in collaboration with support partners
- Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership
- Occasionally lead small-scale initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- A minimum of 1 year experience in financial services (preferred)
- Developing basic understanding of business partner strategy; building financial acumen
- Developing written and verbal skills; ability to organize information in clear, consistent format
- Skilled in creating PowerPoint presentations
- Interpret and manipulate data to uncover trends and generate actionable insights
- Analyze customer behavior to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Identify opportunities and develop solutions that align with business goals
