Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategic planning, development, and management of merchant processing products and client service experiences.
Shape business strategy, driving commercialization, and delivering profitable growth across small business and micro-merchants.
Define and execute product strategy and financial plans, including performance forecasting and profitability outcomes.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers to deliver scalable merchant solutions.
Manage reporting and analytics to support growth and decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience (required)
5+ years of experience in the merchant acquiring payments industry
5+ years experience in product management or product development
Hands-on experience with payment processors such as Fiserv and Elavon
Experience integrating APIs, gateways, ISVs, and payment platforms.
