Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the vision, roadmap, and adoption of Salesforce across the Commercial Bank
Serve as the central product owner of the Salesforce Sales ecosystem
Partner with members across different commercial bank functional groups to understand requested CRM enhancements
Develop and champion the vision for next-generation AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities
Establish and operationalize a transparent prioritization framework to maximize business value
Partner with existing Salesforce sales enablement and technology SMEs to evolve and formalize a Commercial Bank governance model
Define and execute the AI vision and roadmap within Salesforce

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field
7+ years of Product Management, Salesforce Product Ownership, CRM Transformation, or Digital Platform experience within a Financial Services Industry
Proven experience building and managing product roadmaps and prioritization frameworks
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Product Owner certifications
