About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, cultivate, and retain Key Bank's enterprise payment clients
  • Proactively work with clients to review their business
  • Act as the main point of contact for client matters
  • Manage accounts to ensure clients receive the right service mix
  • Conduct Annual Business reviews including interchange and pricing analysis
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services
  • Drive resolution among stakeholders for issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher required, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years experience as a relationship manager or account manager for merchant services accounts
  • 5+ years of product, account management, accounts payable, supplier enablement, or procurement related experience in a treasury management or financial services setting
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high quality service
  • Capable of managing multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities
  • Problem solving capabilities to overcome challenges and objections from clients and vendors
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Comfortable building relationships across various levels within a client’s organization
  • Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong interchange knowledge
  • Card Brand assessment fee knowledge
  • Card Brand compliance knowledge
  • PCI understanding
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding expectations and receiving positive customer feedback (preferred)
