About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, cultivate, and retain Key Bank's enterprise payment clients
- Proactively work with clients to review their business
- Act as the main point of contact for client matters
- Manage accounts to ensure clients receive the right service mix
- Conduct Annual Business reviews including interchange and pricing analysis
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services
- Drive resolution among stakeholders for issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or higher required, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience as a relationship manager or account manager for merchant services accounts
- 5+ years of product, account management, accounts payable, supplier enablement, or procurement related experience in a treasury management or financial services setting
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high quality service
- Capable of managing multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities
- Problem solving capabilities to overcome challenges and objections from clients and vendors
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Comfortable building relationships across various levels within a client’s organization
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong interchange knowledge
- Card Brand assessment fee knowledge
- Card Brand compliance knowledge
- PCI understanding
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding expectations and receiving positive customer feedback (preferred)
