Key responsibilities & impact

Drive transformational change with CWA Replacement, Underwriting Templates, and other technology projects
Engage technology leads and engineers early, and maintain communications with stakeholders
Help drive agile ceremonies and track progress across sprints
Maintain and prioritize product backlogs with technology product/platform owners
Document retrospectives and recognize lagging areas for improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–5 years of Product Management, BA, or project management experience (preferably in fintech, banking, or SaaS)
Comfort with data, logs, APIs, and cloud-based environments
Proven experience running agile ceremonies
Organized, methodical with ability to create clear plans and delegate tasks
Familiar with Jira and Confluence; disciplined about documentation
Excellent written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
