About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serves as the trusted financial advisor and business partner to clients
  • Drives focused growth and business development by creating and maintaining a clear and holistic understanding of the client's or prospect's business/industry
  • Analyzes data and relevant client business and industry trends
  • Provides and educates the client on Key's capabilities
  • Maintains an active prospecting effort, including identification, qualification, and calling
  • Develops an active Center of Influence (COI) referral network
  • Assembles cross-functional teams to quickly respond to customer requests
  • Leads and participates in credit processes and assumes ultimate accountability for all portfolio activities/issues ensuring sound asset quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a small business/commercial lending environment (required)
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in cross-selling products and an ability and track record to meet or exceed aggressive sales goals (required)
