Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2+ years of experience in DevOps engineering, with demonstrated leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
Advanced DevOps or cloud certifications (preferred).
Designing and optimizing continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
Terraform (basic): Foundational understanding of infrastructure‑as‑code concepts; able to read, interpret, and make minor updates to Terraform configurations in collaboration with engineering teams.
Experience in supporting containerized applications or Kubernetes environments.
Leading and contributing to Agile development and iterative delivery processes.
Translating release needs into scalable, automated solutions.
Managing deployments and infrastructure in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Using tools like Git to manage codebases and collaboration.
Guiding junior engineers and promoting DevOps best practices across teams.
Working with developers, QA, and operations to ensure smooth delivery.
Continuously refining DevOps processes and introducing new tools or practices.
Writing scripts and automation tools to support deployment and monitoring.
Ensuring DevOps practices align with organizational security policies.
