Performs code reviews for all levels of engineer.
Drives and architects the overall health, performance and resolution of system impacts.
Serves as the deep technical expert on the team; owns training program for junior engineers.
Evaluates and makes decisions on new technologies and how they fit into solutions.
Applies, and proactively prepares to ensure, proper security standards for code development.
Creates, reviews, and approves technical documentation and project artifacts.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
7+ years of relevant experience (required)
Extensive experience with the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
Expert knowledge of quality management methods, tools, and techniques.
Extensive Experience with approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.

Extensive Experience with the importance of inter-team collaboration.
Extensive Experience with the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques.
