About the role

  • 10.5-week Enterprise Internship delivering meaningful work, feedback, mentoring, networking, and Learning Labs in banking/finance context.\n
  • Work with Business Risk and Controls experts to map processes, identify risks and assess controls; learn in a regulated financial services environment.\n
  • Collaborate with process owners and risk partners to identify/document risks and controls for end-to-end processes.\n
  • Gain knowledge of Risk Management regulatory environment and the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA).\n
  • Eligible for consideration for the Risk Management rotational analyst program after successful completion.\n
  • Key responsibilities include prioritizing multiple assignments, effective written/verbal communication, relationship building, and supporting special projects.

Requirements

  • Must have completed at least three years toward a four-year undergraduate degree program with focused coursework in finance, accounting, economics and/or data science (preferred), with an anticipated graduation in May 2027 or December 2026\n
  • Outstanding academic achievement (minimum undergraduate 3.0 GPA)\n
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities\n
  • Bring solid analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skills\n
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
