About the role
- Oversee and ensure efficient operation of ATM networks
- Manage complex technical issues and provide troubleshooting support
- Liaise with vendors to resolve escalated issues
- Ensure ATMs comply with regulations and security protocols
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Generate and analyze performance reports
- Assist in ATM deployment projects
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years of operations experience required
- Working knowledge of business concepts and tools
- Extensive customer service experience
- Knowledge of back-office operations and banking transaction processing
- Understanding of major production application systems
- Familiarity with Gemba Kaizen methodology
