About the role
- Collaborates with line of business partners to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop, configure, test, and deploy automation solutions that align with business needs.
- Provide support, root cause analysis, and debugging to meet SLAs.
- Communicate with diverse audiences and support automation portfolios.
- Participate in Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements and manage change effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (required)
- Experience with process simulations/automation, solution development and/or business analysis (preferred)
- Experience with Low Code Development (preferred)
- Working knowledge of process engineering software systems (preferred)
- Experience or knowledge in a banking/financial services industry (preferred)
Benefits
- This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $68,000.00 - $103,000.00 annually.
- Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
