About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead generation & funnel optimization: You understand what constitutes a qualified lead for the Sales team and develop campaigns across the entire customer journey in a data-driven way, from traffic through MQL to SQL.
- Paid Search (SEA) & SEO: You manage organic and paid campaigns with clearly defined lead objectives and continuously optimize conversion rates, landing pages and the overall marketing funnel based on data.
- HubSpot & Marketing Automation: You build and optimize lead-nurturing flows, workflows and CRM structures in HubSpot and ensure tight alignment between marketing automation and the sales process, as well as reliable tracking of marketing activities.
- Autonomy & responsibility: You work independently, implement optimizations and new approaches directly, and continuously develop existing processes together with the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2 to 4 years of experience in marketing
- Solid knowledge of at least one performance channel (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) or SEO/GEO
- Experience with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform
- Analytical thinking, data-driven decision-making and independent optimization of campaigns across relevant KPIs
- Hands-on mentality, structured and precise working style, and proactive development of new topics
- Team-player mindset with close collaboration with Sales and other stakeholders to achieve common goals
- Nice to have: experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
