Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to guide senior leaders through S&OP roles
Evaluate current processes, planning behaviors, and cross‑functional readiness
Design and launch S&OP governance frameworks
Develop and execute change‑management plans

Requirements

5-8 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain, S&OP, Integrated Business Planning, or related transformation roles within food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing.
Experience with customer-centric organizational culture and short shelf-life products strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Demonstrated expertise in process design, change management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Working knowledge of planning tools (e.g. ERP, demand planning platforms) and core S&OP analytics.
Coaching mentality with ability to translate complexity into simple, actionable concepts.
A collaborative, low‑ego approach with the ability to influence without authority.
