• P&L responsibility for Walmart and Target, driving top- and bottom-line performance.
• Lead a seasoned broker network — collaborate, motivate, and hold them accountable for execution and results.
• Set and execute channel strategies, leveraging JBPs, merchant relationships, and data to drive category growth.
• Partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Finance, Ops) to align launches, promos, pricing, and forecasting.
• Create and lead Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and category reviews that win space, gain promotional support, and grow our footprint.
• Align omnichannel strategies across in-store and online platforms (Walmart.com, Target.com, Instacart, etc.).
• Drive promotional ROI and optimize trade investment.
• Represent Kettle & Fire at industry events, line reviews, and act as the internal voice of Walmart and Target, ensuring customer needs.
• Keep a pulse on competitors and category trends and proactively working to stay ahead of competitive threats.
