Full-stack Engineer

• Own and evolve the Ketch SDKs, which power privacy, consent, and data-governance functionality for millions of daily users across global media, e-commerce, technology, and financial platforms.
• Extend Ketch’s event-driven SDK framework to support custom integrations, consent orchestration, event tracking, rule evaluation, and adtech connectivity.
• Design and implement mechanisms to intercept, modify, and govern network requests, cookies, and storage operations—providing deterministic control over client-side data flows.
• Build and iterate on network-traffic emulators that simulate real client-server interactions, extract telemetry, and pipeline it into AI models to identify and score data-sensitivity and privacy risk.
• Assist in developing responsive and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Advocate for features that serve customer developers, improving integration workflows, extensibility, and overall developer experience.
• Collaborate with product, design, and customer success teams to implement features that address customer needs and ensure a consistent, intuitive user experience.
• Maintain and improve application security and performance standards.
• Contribute to frontend engineering best practices, standards, and tools.
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards.

Senior Software Engineer

AI Engineer

• Architect and evolve agentic in-app experiences that enable users to interrogate, explore, and act on data classification insights.
• Develop scalable data classification pipelines that process documents, metadata, and records across systems using LLMs, embeddings, retrieval-augmented generation, and deterministic heuristics to accurately classify data and flag risks.
• Implement observability and feedback loops that monitor model performance, enable human-in-the-loop validation, and continuously improve accuracy over time.
• Develop APIs, services, and systems that extend and enhance our data privacy and permissioning platform.
• Collaborate with product management and customers to understand customer challenges and translate them into technical solutions.

Account Executive

• Pipeline Generation – Source and qualify new business opportunities that fit our ICP. Develop roughly 30% of your annual book of business. Advance inbound and partner generated opportunities. Maintain appropriate pipeline hygiene and coverage.
• Relationship Development – Gain a deep understanding of the target customer’s business, relevant processes and challenges. Ensure the right questions are being asked and answered. Bring unique value to every interaction. Develop relationships with multiple buying personas within the account.
• Value Framing – Connect a prospect’s business objectives (both functional and corporate) with the Ketch solution. Do the math. Construct a compelling business case. Pain the picture of a better future. Tell the story.
• Sales Execution – Conduct effective account discovery. Apply MEDDPICC throughout the sales cycle. Develop pitch and proposal material as appropriate. Make responsible, effective use of company assets. Handle objections. Document activities in Salesforce. Drive opportunities to Closed/Won.
• Product Knowledge – Develop high-level functional and technical understanding of Ketch products. Align product demonstrations to customer needs.

Enterprise Account Executive

Frontend Engineer

• Architect and develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
• Lead efforts to transition from a monolithic frontend to a micro-frontend architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers to design and implement features that address customer needs.
