About the role

  • Planning and execution of newsletter and WhatsApp campaigns.
  • Building and further developing segmentation, automated emails, and personalized customer journeys.
  • Analyzing relevant KPIs and running A/B tests to continuously optimize content, timing, and touchpoints.
  • Responsible for content tone and visual consistency while adhering to our brand guidelines.
  • Close collaboration with the Communications team, especially copywriting, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Responsible for lead generation and growing our subscriber base.
  • Integrating offline measures (package inserts, mailings, OOH, etc.) into our CRM strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing in an e-commerce or startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Chat Armin) and experience implementing marketing automation campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven mindset for evaluating KPIs and conducting A/B tests.
  • Excellent sense for copy, visual language, and storytelling, with experience creating attention-grabbing CRM content.
  • Structured, independent working style and eagerness to take responsibility.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (at least C1 level).
