About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and grow cross-functional engineering team focused on Webs and Mobile apps development.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of technical solutions that align with business objectives and product roadmaps.
  • Work closely with tech leads and architects to uphold engineering best practices, code quality, and scalable solutions.
  • Act as a key liaison between Product, Architecture, and Engineering teams to translate strategic goals into actionable engineering plans.
  • Implement and evolve agile development processes, track team performance, and remove blockers to enable success.
  • Partner with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top engineering talent.
  • Support planning and prioritization of initiatives, ensuring optimal team capacity and resource allocation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of leading engineering team in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of modern development practices, architecture principles, and CI/CD.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an agile environment and delivering large-scale digital products.
  • Fluency in English.
