About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support Head Legal Americas & RLT on global RLT transactions
- Act as a contact person for any stakeholders within the US Technical Operations area
- Support the development and roll out of standardized template agreements and training materials
- Coordinate with other Operations lawyers to ensure smooth project implementation
- Advise on legal aspects of compliance policies, procedures, training and risk assessments
- Interaction with supervising authorities such as the Federal Drug Agency
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years post law school work experience
- 3+ years in regulated pharmaceutical industry environment
- General Knowledge, pharmaceutical regulations in US
- GMP (general principles)
- Contracts, General Labor Law: Basic Knowledge
- Procurement-related experience
- Experience with litigation/contract disputes
- Experience in BD&L related transactions and complex contracting is preferable
- Real Estate Related work experience (buy/sell, maintenance, construction)
