About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Head Legal Americas & RLT on global RLT transactions
Act as a contact person for any stakeholders within the US Technical Operations area
Support the development and roll out of standardized template agreements and training materials
Coordinate with other Operations lawyers to ensure smooth project implementation
Advise on legal aspects of compliance policies, procedures, training and risk assessments
Interaction with supervising authorities such as the Federal Drug Agency

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years post law school work experience
3+ years in regulated pharmaceutical industry environment
General Knowledge, pharmaceutical regulations in US
GMP (general principles)
Contracts, General Labor Law: Basic Knowledge
Procurement-related experience
Experience with litigation/contract disputes
Experience in BD&L related transactions and complex contracting is preferable
Real Estate Related work experience (buy/sell, maintenance, construction)
