Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university
10+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed teams
Deep CAR-T or Oncology / Immunology / Advanced Platform experience
Proven enterprise go-to-market expertise
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong analytical capability
Technology and data fluency
