About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of agentic AI solutions for business specific use cases and workflows
Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and domain experts to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
Oversee day to day engineering execution for forward deployed AI initiatives, including planning, prioritization, delivery, and operational readiness
Ensure AI solutions are scalable, reliable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture
Drive integration of AI solutions with business systems, data sources, and operational processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor degree required and advanced degree preferred, ideally in business, engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field
8 plus years of AI engineering experience
Strong track record of leading product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery for complex digital, data, or AI enabled products
Demonstrated experience in AI and data driven product environments
Strong cross functional leadership skills
Experience managing and developing product managers or junior product leaders
