About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build strong partnerships with clinical trial sites
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout study delivery
  • Manage assigned sites across Phase One to Phase Four trials
  • Lead site initiation visits
  • Conduct remote and on-site monitoring activities
  • Evaluate site performance proactively and implement mitigation plans
  • Drive early site engagement through feasibility activities
  • Maintain complete and accurate study documentation
  • Support inspection readiness through audit preparation
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities
  • Share expertise on complex trials and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, healthcare, or related field
  • At least five years of clinical research experience
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and ICH and GCP guidelines
  • Understanding of global regulatory expectations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple study sites independently
  • Strong analytical thinking and risk-based decision-making skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately fifty percent.
