Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop and facilitate innovative and interactive instructor-led and eLearning solutions
Contribute to sales success by collaborating with General Management, Marketing, and external vendors
Develop training solutions to enhance product knowledge, disease state knowledge, and skills training
Lead/support the design of Sjogren’s Disease related curriculum
Conduct ongoing needs analysis and customize curriculum for different customer facing roles
Facilitate education about field facing commercial roles and train on collaboration among roles

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-5 years of pharmaceutical experience (preferred)
Experience in Sales, Sales training, or Marketing
Strong product/disease state knowledge and experience
Agility to learn multiple disease states/products
Presentation, facilitation and platform skills
Artificial Intelligence (AI) Fluency
Strong communication (oral/written) & interpersonal skills
Brand strategy, tactics understanding
Administrative management skills including planning, organization, and operational decision making
