About the role
- Oversees clinical program(s) across indications
- Executes medical strategy for development and marketed products in a defined therapeutic area
- Assures aligned communication with Country/Cluster Clinical Research Associates, Managers and other key stakeholders
- Identify new sites for clinical trials and analyze capability
- Facilitate preparation and collection of site level documents
- Implement total site management including monitoring visits and regulatory assessment
- Track trial execution milestones and resolve issues
- Complete preparation/generation of study monitoring reports
