About the role
- Lead and manage the global Data Privacy and AI Legal team
- Provide guidance on compliance with global data privacy regulations
- Contribute to the development of AI governance and policies
- Manage the legal response to AI-related incidents and data breaches
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various functions
Requirements
- University degree in law; admission to the US bar required
- Proven working experience on AI (especially in relation to the EU AI Act) and data privacy
- Several years of experience leading a team of lawyers
- Relevant certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
