About the role
- Develops brand strategy in mBC, promotional campaigns & tactical plans within marketing budgets.
- Prepares content and participates actively in cross functional discussions.
- Assesses the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
- Develops promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
- Monitors and controls budget for owned projects.
- Builds the forecast with population of the mBC patient model & identifies market insights and opportunities via customer interactions.
- Monitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
- Executes central marketing activities as well as regionally initiated marketing activities.
- Collaborates with the cross-functional local/regional brand Team, incl. coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a brand manager, with exposure to brand and customer engagement activities.
- Understanding of the National Health System and interest in learning about regional/hospital dynamics.
- Experience in or exposure to therapeutic areas with complex technical and scientific profiles (e.g., hematology or other high-complexity environments).
- Experience working in cross-functional teams or collaborating across departments.
- Ability to contribute to brand strategy and support its execution in an omnichannel environment.
- Proficient communication skills in English and Spanish.
