About the role

  • Develops brand strategy in mBC, promotional campaigns & tactical plans within marketing budgets.
  • Prepares content and participates actively in cross functional discussions.
  • Assesses the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results.
  • Develops promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
  • Monitors and controls budget for owned projects.
  • Builds the forecast with population of the mBC patient model & identifies market insights and opportunities via customer interactions.
  • Monitors product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
  • Executes central marketing activities as well as regionally initiated marketing activities.
  • Collaborates with the cross-functional local/regional brand Team, incl. coordination of Integrated Product Strategy Plan, and monitoring the execution of objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience as a brand manager, with exposure to brand and customer engagement activities.
  • Understanding of the National Health System and interest in learning about regional/hospital dynamics.
  • Experience in or exposure to therapeutic areas with complex technical and scientific profiles (e.g., hematology or other high-complexity environments).
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams or collaborating across departments.
  • Ability to contribute to brand strategy and support its execution in an omnichannel environment.
  • Proficient communication skills in English and Spanish.
