About the role
- Customer Relationship Management Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with key customer accounts to drive long-term growth, engagement, and satisfaction.
- People and Culture Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture aligned with company values. Support talent development, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Cross-functional Collaboration Partner effectively with internal teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure seamless execution of customer plans and business objectives.
- Sales Excellence Drive best-in-class sales execution, leveraging insights, tools, and processes to exceed targets and deliver commercial success.
- Account Metrics Deliver against key account objectives including profitability, sales value and volume growth, new product development (NPD) targets, and Joint Business Plan (JBP) execution.
- Budget Management Achieve resource budget targets and ensure efficient allocation to support strategic priorities.
- Working Capital & Debtor Management Meet working capital targets and ensure debtor compliance through effective credit control and cash flow management.
- Customer Engagement & Satisfaction Continuously improve customer experience through proactive engagement and service delivery excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ years Account Management experience ideally within the Food, Agriculture or FMCG space
- Demonstrated success in managing key customer accounts, with a strong focus on relationship building, negotiation, and delivering against commercial targets.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and tools to manage pipelines, track customer engagement, and drive account performance.
- Sales Administration & Coordination
- Must have a full driving licence
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
