Systems Engineer

• - Serve as the primary support contact for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• - Provide day-to-day support to end-users, resolving queries and issues.
• - Onboard new users and manage access permissions.
• - Assist with workflows, templates, and automations within D365.
• - Collaborate with internal developers to implement system enhancements.
• - Assist with data migration and integration efforts with other business systems (e.g., Power BI, SharePoint).
• - Maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
• - Work closely with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
• - Participate in strategy meetings to improve system usage and adoption.
• - Stay updated on D365 updates, best practices, and emerging technologies.
