HR Manager

Administration

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
• Maintain accurate customer price files, product listings, and internal commercial documentation
• Ensure customer pricing systems and internal templates are accurate and up to date
• Act as a coordination link between Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical, and Operations teams
• Maintain accurate sales trackers, KPI dashboards, and service-level reporting tools
• Support new product code creation and ensure accurate system set-up.

Sales Administrator

Accountant

• Manage month-end close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare Monthly Reporting Pack with detailed P&L statements and Balance Sheets for senior management.
• Conduct Balance Sheet Reconciliations to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
• Maintain External Beef Purchase Orders in ERP (D365) for accurate procurement tracking.
• Perform weekly Stock Reconciliations to verify inventory accuracy.
• Analyze and report weekly Site Stock Gains/Losses to support stock management decisions.
• Support various Site Finance functions and ensure compliance with controls.
• Assist in Budget process preparation, consolidation, and review for effective financial planning.
• Participate in Meat Division Projects, providing financial input for successful outcomes.

Accountant – 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Product Manager

• Lead the creation of innovative products with the culinary team, ensuring alignment with briefs for Brand and Private Label ranges while staying ahead of market trends
• Collaborate with the NPD & Innovation Manager to drive NPD, EPD, and BlueSky concepts, managing projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams and key suppliers
• Enhance existing recipes, experiment with ingredients, and coordinate to meet timelines and commercial targets, proactively addressing challenges
• Develop products for food service and retail, focusing on quality, cost-efficiency, and nutrition through continuous EPD research. Use Wrike to track progress and escalate issues
• Work closely with operations, technical, and purchasing teams to manage changes such as supplier onboarding, ingredient transfers, and shelf life extension
• Lead factory trials to optimize products and processes per Kepak NPD standards.
• Conduct competitor reviews to build market insights
• Mentor and develop direct reports, fostering creativity and driving ambitious projects for team growth and success
