Sales Administrator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
- Maintain accurate customer price files, product listings, and internal commercial documentation
- Ensure customer pricing systems and internal templates are accurate and up to date
- Act as a coordination link between Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Technical, and Operations teams
- Maintain accurate sales trackers, KPI dashboards, and service-level reporting tools
- Support new product code creation and ensure accurate system set-up.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in a similar sales support or administrative role is required
- Experience in the food industry advantageous or general FMCG
- Strong organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail
- Strong analytical capability and confidence working with data
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
